- Move-In: 6:30 a.m.-7:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 19
- Exhibitors must be fully set and ready by 7:20 a.m., breakfast for all attendees begins at 7:30 a.m.
- Move-Out: 3:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m.

- FedEx is onsite. Review and complete the FedEx Shipping Instructions
- Note: FedEx is typically closed on the weekends, but they will have custom hours during the GCK event:
- Friday: extended hours until 8:00 p.m.
- Saturday: open 3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
- Outside of these time periods: You can pick your packages through the front desk on Saturday morning, or after closing on Friday.
