- Move-In: 7:30 a.m.-8:30 a.m.
- Exhibitors must be fully set and ready by 8:30 a.m., coffee for all attendees begins at 8:30 a.m
- Move-Out: EOD or 4:35 p.m.
Sunday, October 25th
- Move-In: 7:30 a.m.-8:30 a.m.
- Exhibitors must be fully set and ready by 8:30 a.m., coffee and networking for all attendees begins at 8:30 a.m
- Move-Out: EOD or 4:25 p.m.

- FedEx is onsite. Review and complete the FedEx Shipping Instructions
- Note: FedEx is typically closed on the weekends, but they will have custom hours during the GCK event:
- Friday: extended hours until 8:00 p.m.
- Saturday: open 3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
- Outside of these time periods: You can pick your packages through the front desk on Saturday morning, or after closing on Friday.

- Note: If you need basic power, select the 5 AMP Single Phase Service option. You do not need to request additional power strips or extensions, as one is included with the 5 AMP order, unless more than one is required.

> Shipping and Handling
- Review and complete the exhibitor form
- There is an onsite shipping team with regular pick-ups from FedEx-separate scheduling not required. UPS packages do require a scheduled pick-up.
- Exhibitors are responsible for packing up their items and attaching the appropriate shipping labels to their packages. Once packages are ready, the onsite team can assist with transporting them from the exhibit tables to their loading dock for shipment.
